Where do you operate? + -
Currently, we offer services in Bangalore within a 25km radius of the city center. We are working on expanding the service areas to Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Pune.
How do you collect my garment? + -
Select your desired service and add items to your cart. When checking out, choose your preferred service mode:
Home Visit: Our representative will schedule a visit to take measurements, discuss designs, and pick up your garments.
Store Visit: Visit our Indiranagar, Bangalore store for measurements, consultations, and garment drop-off. Find us on Google Maps!
Send Through Other Services: You can send your garments to our store address. We'll contact you for details and measurements upon receiving them.
Can you source fabrics or accessories? + -
Yes! We can source fabrics, accessories, or embellishments from local markets, online, or a store of your choice. This requires 50% advance payment required.
Do you take measurements? + -
Absolutely! We offer several options:
- In-home measurements during a Home Visit.
- Working with existing well-fitting sample garments.
- Guiding you through video calls for self-measurement.
- Using pre-taken measurements you provide.
Will I get design advice? + -
Yes! Each order is assigned a dedicated fashion designer who will:
- Help you throughout the process, from order placement to delivery.
- Offer design and fitting suggestions.
- Assist with sourcing, payments, and after-delivery services.
- Consultation fees range from Rs. 50 - Rs. 150 per order.
What's the turnaround time for orders? + -
Our typical turnaround times are:
- Normal orders: 6-9 working days.
- Express orders: 48-72 hours (additional charges apply). Note: Express delivery is only available for alterations and standard stitching orders, with additional charges of Rs. 99 (alterations) and Rs. 149 (stitching) per garment.
- Wedding/bulk orders/No-Rush orders (discounted): up to 20 days.
What is a No-Rush Order? + -
Choose this option if you're not in a hurry (e.g., jeans repurposing) and save up to 10% on your order.
What are your payment options? + -
Pay on our website after your order is complete using debit/credit cards, netbanking, UPI, or wallets.
- Orders under Rs. 5,000: Rs. 350 cover charge at booking deducted from the final bill.
- Orders over Rs. 5,000: Up to 50% advance payment required.
Do you have gift cards? + -
No, we accept orders of any value!
What happens if my garment doesn't fit? + -
We strive for a perfect fit! If we took your measurements and there's a fitting issue, we'll alter it free of charge. See Terms and Conditions.
Can I cancel an order? + -
Order cancellations are only possible before approval or order pick-up. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
